The
Café Lafayette Dinner Train Menu |
|
"A grand meal is the canvas for celebrations
of love and friendship. A fine dining experience soothes the
soul, nurtures the mind, and warms the heart."
|
Sit
back, unwind to the rhythm of the rails and enjoy a meal beyond
your expectations! Seated in one of the train's beautifully
restored dining cars at traditional tables for four, or specially
priced tables for two, the five course meal and impeccable
service allow guests to dine against a backdrop of ever changing
scenery.
Choose
from tempting appetizers and always fresh Meat, Poultry and Seafood entrees prepared and cooked to order on
board by by our Chef Doug Trulsen.
Enjoy homemade
dinner rolls, unforgettable salads with greens and herbs fresh
from our garden, sorbet, homemade desserts, tea and coffee.
A complete wine list and cocktail service is also available.
Vegeterian entrees available on prior request.
The
following is a typical evenings' offering. The menu aboard the
Café Lafayette Dinner Train
changes on a regular basis, is prepared to order on board, and
will always contain the freshest fare.
Please be sure to let us know in advance if anyone
in your group requires something special. We can provide
most special dietary, religious, or vegetarian needs
with notice.
