The Eagle's Nest: The "Eagle's Nest" is located on Rte 112, 1/4 mile east of the intersection of two of New Hampshire's "Scenic Highways", the Kancamagus Highway and Rte 3, through Franconia Notch. It is interesting to note that the "Eagle's Nest " is located adjacent to the location of the "Grand Hotel" Deer Park Railroad Station that was active in the mid 1800's to mid 1900's.
