Guests will be asked to select one appetizer and one entrée after they have boarded the train. All the other courses are set (roll, salad, sorbet, dessert). Seared Ahi Tuna thin sliced with wasabi

LAMB POPS ~*

ground lamb, pine nuts, and mint pops, served with a tomato jam

pair of artichoke hearts, baked with dill Havarti cheese and bread crumbs

CREAMY TUSCAN SALMON * 

Salmon fillet seared and topped with sun-dried tomato spinach cream 

CHICKEN PICCATA

Chicken breast, with lemon caper butter 

HORSERADISH FLAT IRON BEEF * 

Grilled flat iron steak, sliced and served with a creamy horseradish pesto

EGGPLANT PARMESAN 

Roasted eggplant, rolled with fresh herbs, over homemade marinera
